Refund Policy of Zipcio
Effective Date: April 7, 2026
This Refund Policy (“Policy”) describes the terms under which refunds may be available for payments made to Zipcio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through https://zipcio.com/ (“Site”) or related services. By purchasing or subscribing to any of our services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
1. No General Refunds
Except as expressly stated below, all fees paid to Zipcio are non-refundable. This includes subscription fees, one-time payments, upgrades, downgrades, renewals, and any unused time on a subscription. You acknowledge that digital services such as SaaS are delivered immediately upon payment and therefore are generally not returnable.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
A refund will only be issued at our sole discretion, and only in the following limited circumstances:
a. Technical Failure:
If you experience a significant technical issue that prevents you from accessing or using the core features of Zipcio despite making reasonable efforts to work with our support team to resolve the issue.
b. Duplicate Charges:
If the same payment is charged more than once due to processing error.
c. Billing Errors:
If you are charged an incorrect amount due to an obvious billing mistake.
We will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Supporting information or documentation may be required.
3. Refund Request Time Frame
To be eligible for consideration under this Policy, refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original charge, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Zipcio. After this period, no refunds will be considered.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at Cory@Zipcio.com with:
- Your name and account email
- Invoice or transaction ID
- Date of purchase
- Detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request
We will acknowledge receipt of your request and respond within a reasonable period.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- It may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Cancellation and Subscription Access
Cancellation of your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund. If you cancel before the end of your current billing period:
- You will retain access to paid features through the end of your current billing period.
- No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the billing period, except as described above in Section 2.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time by posting a new version on this page. The “Effective Date” at the top will reflect when the latest changes were made. Your continued use after any changes means you accept the updated Policy.
